Junma Tyre Cord Company Limited, established in 1991, is a large production base of Nylon 6 yarn, Nylon 6 tyre cord fabric, HMLS ployester yarn and HMLS polyester tyre cord fabric in China,with the employee of about 2500 persons.
1. Nylon 6 Product Seires
We have the first class equipment in the world. The spinning & drawing machines are from Rieter in Switzerland, the twisting machines are from Saurer Allma in Germany and the weaving machines are from Dornier in Germany.
The annual production capacity for Nylon 6 yarn is 120,000MT, for Nylon 6 tyre cord fabric is 100,000MT. Our main specifications for yarn are 840D, 1260D, 1680D, 1890D, and for fabic are 840D/2, 1260D/2, 1680D/2, 1890D/2.
2. HMLS Polyester Product Series
The spinning & drawing machines are from Barmag in Germany, the twisting machines are from Saurer Allma in Germany and the weaving machines are from Dornier in Germany.
The annual prodction capacity for HMLS polyester yarn and tyre cord fabric is 50,000MT.We also have an expanding plan for HMLS polyester tyre cord. Till the end of 2017, it will reach 65,000MT per year. Our main specifications for yarn are 1000D, 1300D, 1500D, 2000D, and for fabic are 1000D/2, 1300D/2, 1500D/2, 2000D/2.
Junma always thinks highly of quality. We successfully got the certificate of ISO/TS16949:2009 issued by the National Quality Assurance in U. K in 2007. At present, over 30 large tyre manufacturers in China are our regular customers.We also enjoy a good reputation in over 25 countries, such as India, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Syria and so on.
